(A) Any person who drives any vehicle in Forest Hill Union Cemetery in negligent disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

(B) Excepting where otherwise provided in this code, the operator of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way at an intersection to a vehicle approaching from the right.

(C) The operator of a vehicle within an intersection intending to turn to the left shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle approaching from the opposite direction.

(D) (1) No person shall operate a motor vehicle in Forest Hill Union Cemetery at a speed greater or less than is reasonable and proper, having due regard to the traffic surface and width of the street or highway and any other conditions then existing, and no person shall drive any vehicle in and upon any street or highway in Forest Hill Union Cemetery at a greater speed than will permit him or her to bring it to a stop within the assured clear distance ahead.
(2) It shall be prima facie unlawful for any person to exceed 15 miles per hour in Forest Hill Union Cemetery.
