§ 95.02 AUTOMATIC DIAL PROTECTION DEVICES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   As used herein, AUTOMATIC DIAL PROTECTION DEVICE means an electrically operated instrument which automatically sends a prerecorded voice alarm or message over regular telephone lines on receipt of a stimulus from a sensory apparatus, or on manual activation, or by any other means.
   (B)   No person, firm, or corporation shall have installed or shall connect or maintain any automatic dial protection device which sends a recorded message or alarm over regular telephone lines into the communications center, or any other telephone, of the Police Department or Fire Department.
   (C)   This section shall not apply to devices or equipment owned or leased by the city.
