§ 94.35 FISHING RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to take, catch, kill or possess any black bass, walleye or saugeye taken from the Piqua Hydraulic Canal or any body of water connected therewith and over which the city has jurisdiction or control, except by angling and except as hereinafter provided.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful to take or possess more than six black bass within any 24-hour period, and any black bass so taken or possessed must be at least 12 inches in length.

   (C)   It shall be unlawful to take or possess more than six walleye or saugeye (or any combination thereof) within any 24-hour period.
