(A) The municipal golf course shall be available for use weather permitting at the discretion of the golf manager.
(B) All membership fees may be paid in two equal installments, due on or before March 1 and May 15 of each year.
(C) The Golf Control Board may recommend special accommodations for student golf team use of the course. The City Manager may enter into agreements with school districts to accommodate such play and establish special rates.
(D) All current active members of the Professional Golfers Association may use the municipal golf course without charge.
