§ 91.08 DISPOSAL OF UNCLAIMED VEHICLES.
   (A)   The Police Department shall dispose of unclaimed motor vehicles in accordance with R.C. § 4513.62.
   (B)   All affidavits used to facilitate the disposal of unclaimed motor vehicles shall be approved by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles.
