§ 76.16 PARKING PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN AREAS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park or leave standing any vehicle or combination of vehicles, listed herein and as defined in § 4501.01 of the Ohio Revised Code on any street, roadway, alley, or other public place:
      (1)   Commercial tractor; and
      (2)   Semi-trailer.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park or leave standing any vehicle or combination of vehicles, listed herein and as defined in § 4501.01 of the Ohio Revised Code, on any street, roadway, alley or other public place:
      (1)   Bus;
      (2)   Trailer;
      (3)   Noncommercial trailer;
      (4)   Utility vehicle; and
      (5)   Recreational vehicle, to include motor home, travel trailer, fifth wheel trailer, park trailer, and boat trailer.
   (C)   The provisions of division (B) shall not apply to any vehicle described in division (B), when stopped, parked, or left standing under the following conditions:
      (1)   While being actively loaded or unloaded;
      (2)   The vehicle is being used to convey passengers to a public meeting, school, assembly, or church during the actual session of the public meeting, school, assembly, or church;
      (3)   Permission has been obtained from the City Manager or his or her designee.
