§ 70.32 DRIVING THROUGH PRIVATE PROPERTY TO AVOID SIGNAL.
   It shall be unlawful for operators of all vehicles using the streets of the city to avoid or disregard any traffic control devices by passing through private property adjacent to the place where the traffic control device is placed or is in operation.
