§ 70.30 INTERSECTING ALLEYS, SIGNS REQUIRED.
   (A)   When any two alleys in the city intersect, the City Manager is authorized to designate any such alley intersection to be a two-, three- or four-way stop, provided that stop signs shall be erected at all alley intersections at one or more entrances to such intersection.
   (B)   Every operator of a vehicle shall stop at the sign or at a clearly marked stop line before entering an alley intersection except when directed to proceed by a police officer or traffic control signal.
