The charges, rates and terms of service pursuant to which the city furnishes hot water energy to its residential, commercial and industrial consumers are incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein, and shall be in accordance with rates as set forth in Exhibit A attached to Ord. 14-97, passed 3-3-97.
