§ 38.07 ADOPTION OF RULES.
   Pursuant to R.C. § 718.30, the City of Piqua, pursuant to this Chapter, grants authority to the City of Piqua Tax Administrator, to adopt rules to administer the income tax imposed by the City of Piqua.
