§ 35.02 EMERGENCY OPERATION ORGANIZATION.
   The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to create the city’s Emergency Operation Organization for civil preparedness, utilizing to the fullest extent the existing agencies within the city and in accordance with the Emergency Operation Plan.
