EMERGENCY OPERATION PLAN. The prepared plan of the city to be implemented in case of disaster.
EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS COORDINATOR. The manager of the Emergency Operations Center. The City Manager or his or her designee shall serve as the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator.
PRINCIPAL OPERATIVES. The principals listed in the Emergency Operation Plan of the city, employees, equipment and facilities of all city departments, boards, institutions and commissions and, in addition, including agencies of the principals of the Emergency Operation Plan, their equipment and facilities.
VOLUNTEER. Contributing a service, equipment or facilities to the emergency operation organization without remuneration or on loan from another governmental body.
