§ 31.46 AUXILIARY POLICE UNIT; DUTIES.
   (A)   There is created an auxiliary police unit under the direction and supervision of the Chief of Police, consisting of such persons as he or she may, from time to time, designate.
   (B)   The duties of auxiliary police officers shall include assisting the regular police force in the performance of any duties as may be prescribed by the Chief of Police.
