§ 31.35 DISPATCHING POLICE OFFICERS OUTSIDE CITY.
   The Chief of Police, in his or her discretion and with the consent of the City Manager, may dispatch police officers outside city limits to render emergency law enforcement services to any political subdivision not a party to a mutual aid agreement with the city.
