§ 31.20 CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

By section 64 of the Charter, there is created a Department of Civil Service, which shall function in accordance with the Charter of the city and R.C. Chapter 124 to the extent that Chapter 124 is not inconsistent with the Charter.
