SECTION 72 PLANS OF PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS.

At the time of the passage of the resolution provided for in the foregoing section there shall be on file in such office as the city manager may designate, plans, specifications, estimates, and profiles of the proposed improvement; and such plans, specifications, estimates and profiles shall be open to the inspection of all interested persons.
