It shall be unlawful for any person to inter or bury, or cause to be buried, the body of any deceased person at any place within the town other than in any municipally-owned cemetery or such other cemetery as has been lawfully established.

Before any person, firm, or corporation shall establish a cemetery within the corporate limits, such person, firm, or corporation shall be required to obtain a cemetery permit from the Board of Commissioners. Before issuing a cemetery permit, the Board shall first determine that the proposed cemetery will be operated in accordance with the laws of the state, and the applicant shall be required to furnish such evidence to the Board.
