§ 71.01 PARKING ON SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park or to cause or allow the parking of any vehicle, including trucks, automobiles, carts, wagons, and the like, on any sidewalk within the corporate limits of the town, except that such parking is permissible for purposes of loading and unloading, but then only for a reasonable time.

§ 71.02 PARKING TIME LIMITED IN CERTAIN AREAS.
   It shall be unlawful to park or to cause to be parked or stopped any vehicle in one parking space at one time for a period greater than that allowed by resolution and adopted by the Board of Commissioners when such parking period regulation is so designated by proper sign at such parking space.

§ 71.03 BLOCKING ALLEYS.
   It shall be unlawful to park or to leave anything in such a manner so as to block any alley, driveway, or entrance.

§ 71.04 NO PARKING AREAS.
   It shall be unlawful to park in any area, space, or lot when designated as a no parking area, space, or lot by authority of the Board of Commissioners.
