10-4-9: WORK STARTED WITHOUT PERMIT:
Work started without a permit requires payment of a fee equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the permit and plan review fees. The fee shall be in addition to all fees charged in connection with a permit 1 . (Ord. 2010-06, 3-15-2010; amd. Ord. 2022-O-08, 3-21-2022)
