For purposes of this chapter, a "park" shall be defined as any playground, open space, tot lot, or other recreation area which:
A. Is open to the public or operated or maintained by the village; or
B. Is a private park, not open to the public and not operated or maintained by the village, but which is the subject of an agreement whereby the village has jurisdiction to enforce this chapter in such park; or
C. Is a public park owned by a school district, charter school or other unit of government other than a park district or forest preserve, and which does not have hours of operation posted. (Ord. 2007-62, 6-4-2007)
