§ 70.071 TRUCK ROUTES.
   (A)   Pursuant to § 70.060, the Traffic Engineer, with approval of the Mayor and Council, may designate truck routes within the town as may be necessary for the proper flow of traffic through the town.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any truck to use, travel upon or be driven upon any street, avenue or highway within the town not designated as a truck route as in division (A) of this section; provided, however, that if the point of origin or destination, for commercial purposes only, for any truck shall be off the route, then the truck may proceed by the shortest possible route to or from the nearest truck route.
