§ 70.070 LIMITATIONS ON TURNING AROUND.
   No driver shall turn any vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction in the business district, except at street intersections; and no vehicle shall make such a turn, even at street intersections, in the streets, or portions of streets, designated and signposted pursuant to § 70.060.
