§ 130.23 INTERFERENCE WITH PICKETS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to physically interfere with any picket in the use of the sidewalk or highway right-of-way normally used or reserved for pedestrian movement or to address profane, indecent, abusive or threatening language to or at the pickets which would tend to provoke the pickets or others to a breach of the peace.
