§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Pursuant to G.S. § 160A-175 and G.S. § 14-4, violation of § 130.04 is Class 3 misdemeanor, subject to a fine not to exceed $200.
   (C)   (1)   A juvenile who violates any section of §§ 130.35 through 130.40 is subject to being adjudicated delinquent. The court may, in its discretion, impose any dispositional alternatives that are provided in the State Juvenile Code for any juvenile who is delinquent.
      (2)   Any person other than a juvenile who violates any section of §§ 130.35 through 130.40 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $100 and imprisonment in the discretion of the court in accordance with G.S. § 14-4.
   (D)   Effective April 12, 2022, the following civil penalties are fixed for the violations indicated:

   (E)   Any person violating §§ 130.50 and 130.51 shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor, punishable by serving up to 30 days in jail, and/or a fine of up to $1,000, probation, community service.
