§ 95.30 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DISTRIBUTE. Includes the scattering, throwing, handing out or any other means of dispensing circulars, handbills or other printed matter.
