§ 95.06 MISLEADING ADVERTISING OR DISPLAY OF GOODS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, running or conducting any mercantile business in the town, to display in his or her windows or place of business any goods, wares or merchandise which are not in fact priced in good faith and carried in stock for sale in accordance with the display or advertisement so made. It shall be unlawful for any person to display any misleading advertisements or displays as to the goods, wares or merchandise actually carried in stock for sale.
