Possession or consumption of alcohol at municipal parks is prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to possess an open container of alcohol or consume alcoholic beverages on the premises of town parks at any time, including but not limited to park buildings, park grounds, park parking lots, playgrounds, recreational areas, tennis courts, trails or any athletic fields except as otherwise specifically permitted by the Town Council annually or as needed.
