§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person in violation of §§ 71.35 through 71.39 is subject to an enforcement action(s) to include penalties and fines but not to exceed $500.
