§ 71.35 OPERATING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS (WITHOUT PERMIT).

No person shall operate a commercial motor vehicle upon a town-maintained road that is within or near a residential area that is clearly posted, without obtaining a permit to do so.
