§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $500.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 71.36 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $60 nor more than $500, or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 30 days, or both.
   (C)   (1)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 71.37(B) shall be guilty of a violation within the means of KRS 534.040 of the Kentucky Penal Code, and upon conviction shall pay fine not to exceed $500 for each offense.
      (2)   Any person who violates § 71.37(B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $500, and any vehicle operated by that person upon the flood wall shall be confiscated and disposed of in accordance with existing law of the Commonwealth.
