§ 39.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any violation of § 39.05 shall result in the following disciplinary action:
      (1)   First offense: verbal warning;
      (2)   Second offense: written reprimand placed in the employee’s personnel file;
      (3)   Third offense: administrative leave, without pay, for a time period to be three days; and
      (4)   Forth offense: disciplinary action to be determined by the city up to and including dismissal of employment from the city.
