Section 6.4   Appeals
   An appeal from the decision of the Village Council regarding a text amendment or rezoning may be made by an aggrieved party to the Superior Court of Moore County in the nature of certiorari. Any such petition to the Superior Court shall be filed with the court no later than thirty (30) days after the decision of the Village Council.
