Approvals of special uses shall be automatically conditioned on the subsequent approval of the site plan when required under Section 9.16 of this Ordinance. Accordingly, the approval of any special use shall lapse and become null and void where the applicant has failed to receive final site plan approval within twelve (12) months of the date of approval of the special use. At the request of the applicant the Village Council may grant an additional six (6) months.
