(A) The Pinehurst South Form Based District is based on the Pinehurst South Small Area Plan and Form Based Guidance Plan adopted by the Village. Pinehurst South is an area well-suited to accommodate growth, and support quality of life needs of residents, businesses, and visitors. Development within Pinehurst South will integrate the built environment, improve the public realm, create a mixed-use walkable destination area, incorporate urban design standards, create a connecting spine of streets, sidewalks, and paths, and integrate a live, work and play area while minimizing traffic impacts.
