The Comprehensive Long Range Plan for the Village of Pinehurst, as adopted by the Village Council and amended from time to time, shall serve as the basic policy guide for the administration of this Ordinance. It therefore is the intent of the Village to administer this Ordinance in accordance with the Comprehensive Long Range Plan. The goals and policies of the Comprehensive Long Range Plan may be amended from time to time to meet the changing requirements of the Village and its extraterritorial jurisdiction.
