Section 1.1   Titles; Effective Date
   This Ordinance shall be known as the Development Ordinance of the Village of Pinehurst, North Carolina and may be known as the "Pinehurst Development Ordinance" (PDO). This Ordinance shall become effective on October 8, 2014.
