(A) No person shall park a vehicle, van or truck for delivery purposes upon the areas listed in the Loading and Unloading Zones Parking Schedule, Parking Schedule IV, compiled under the Village Manager and kept on file in the office of the Village Clerk, between the time period of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., except in areas that have been clearly signed and dedicated as loading and unloading areas by the village.
(B) In addition, parking for loading and unloading shall comply with the following provisions:
(1) Parking within the dedicated loading and unloading zones shall be limited to 30 minutes.
(2) No one shall park in a loading and unloading zone unless they are actively loading or unloading cargo.
(3) No vehicle being loaded or offloaded may be left idling for more than five minutes in the same location.
