§ 51.03 VILLAGE TO BE HELD HARMLESS FROM CLAIMS.
   Carolina Power and Light Company, its successors, lessees or assigns, shall hold the village free and harmless from all damages or claims for damages arising by reason of the negligent construction, maintenance, use or operation of the lines, wires, poles, appliances, fixture and appurtenances.
