§ 31.55 VILLAGE COUNCIL DISASSOCIATES FROM VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   The Village Council, pursuant to authority contained in G.S. § 160A-291, does hereby completely disassociate the village from the Pinehurst Volunteer Fire Department, its by-laws and any other aspect of that organization.
