(A) The seal designed for the Pinehurst Centennial, and for use by the Pinehurst Centennial Committee, by Mr. Patrick B. Saturday of Pinehurst, North Carolina, is hereby officially adopted as the Official Seal of and commemorating the Centennial of Pinehurst, North Carolina, the seal attached hereto and made a part hereof.
(B) This action is taken in honor and celebration of the Centennial of Pinehurst, North Carolina.
(C) The Village Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to file the appropriate papers with the Federal Patent and Trademark Office in regard to this seal.
