§ 11.01 VILLAGE SEAL.
   (A)   The seal designed for official use by the village government, by Mr. Patrick B. Saturday of Pinehurst, North Carolina, is hereby officially adopted as the official seal of the village, the seal attached hereto and made a part hereof.
   (B)   The proper officers of the village are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to file with the proper officials a copy of the village seal.
