(A) Special permits issued under this chapter may be revoked by the Village Clerk, after written notice outlining reasons, for any of the following causes:
(1) Misrepresentation or false material statement contained in the application;
(2) Misrepresentation or false material statement contained in the course of carrying on activities regulated herein;
(3) Conducting canvassing or soliciting in an unlawful manner in violation of the provisions of this chapter or in any manner as to cause a breach of the peace or to constitute a menace to safety or general welfare of the public.
(B) Any person whose special permit has been revoked shall have the right of appeal, subject to the procedure and standards as set forth in § 110.06.
