(A) The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in village parks, unless otherwise permitted as set forth in a signed agreement approved by the village.
(B) For purposes of this section,
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES shall mean any beverage containing at least 0.5% alcohol by volume, including malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine, spirituous liquor and mixed beverages.
