(A) Every yard and all exterior property areas shall be kept free of noxious growth.
(B) For the purposes of this section, NOXIOUS GROWTH means any growth of weeds, grasses, or other plants or bushes that become or threaten to become a fire hazard or a harboring place for rats, mice, snakes, or other vermin or otherwise pose a danger to the public health or safety.
(C) Uncontrolled plant growth (i.e., plants not intentionally planted in a garden, shrub bed, flower bed, or similar area) that is at least 12 inches tall and remains so for a period of 21 days shall also constitute noxious growth.
