§ 91.31 SPECIFICATIONS FOR WEEDS, GRASS, AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   Every owner or person in owning, occupying, or leasing any premises or lot within the corporate limits of the town, or within one mile thereof, shall keep said property improved by mowing or cutting down to within four inches of the ground all weeds, grass, or other noxious growth of said lot as often as may be necessary to prevent weeds or grass from exceeding a height of 12 inches or otherwise becoming a public nuisance.
   (B)   Further, every person or entity owning, occupying or leasing any premises or vacant lots within the corporate limits, or within one mile thereof, of the town shall mow said property at least twice each year, the first such improvement to be made not later than June 15 and the second not later than September 15 of each year.
