§ 150.05 DISPOSAL OF WASTE DURING AND AFTER CONSTRUCTION.
   (A)   Waste material and rubbish shall not be stored nor allowed to accumulate within the building or within the immediate vicinity, but shall be removed from the premises as rapidly as practicable. Combustible waste and rubbish shall be removed at least daily.
   (B)   No material shall be disposed of by burning on the premises or in the immediate vicinity, without first getting permission from the Building Inspector or the Fire Chief, or some responsible designated person in the town.
   (C)   All excess building material must be removed from the premises before an occupancy permit may be issued.
