As authorized by G.S. § 14-415.23, all firearms are prohibited in all town buildings and on all other town property and facilities, including but not limited to town parks, greenways, and other recreational areas and open space. This prohibition does not apply to concealed handguns carried by persons in possession of a valid state concealed handgun permit.
