§ 130.16 LIMITED AUTHORIZATION FOR DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS.

Except as otherwise granted by § 130.21, authorization of the discharge of firearms within the town limits is granted in the sole discretion of the Board of Commissioners for the town, upon majority vote in regular session of such Board.
