(A) Each person over the age of 12 years who is authorized by § 95.01 to use the lake facilities is required to purchase annually a lake pin for admittance to said facility, at a price set by the Board of Commissioners.
(B) Each authorized pin holder 18 or older is allowed to escort four guests who may also use the facilities while in the physical presence of the pin holder.
(C) The pin holder is responsible for each guest and the guests are only allowed to be at the facility while the pin holder is present.
(D) An adult pin holder can take up to four of his, her, or their children maximum per pin holder (they will not be counted as guest).
(E) A pin holder under the age of 18 years of age can not bring a guest under the age of 12 years old.
(F) Lake pins will need to be shown to the lake attendant before entrance into the water.
