§ 95.01 USE OF TOWN RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.
   (A)   Due to delicate natural environment and especially in the case of Pinebluff Lake’s unique ecosystem, the town’s recreational facilities can support only limited human activities if they are to be able to maintain themselves in their natural condition. Therefore, use of the town’s recreational facilities must be limited to a restricted population.
   (B)   The Pinebluff Lake shall be for the use of the residents and/or property owners within the town; the members of their immediate families and their guests as allowed per lake pin and no other persons except for; active and retired members of the town’s Fire Department and their immediate families; active members of the Planning Board and their immediate families; active members of the Board of Adjustment and their immediate families; regularly paid employees of the town and their immediate families; and no other persons except when granted special permission by the Commissioner for Lake, Parks, and Recreation or the Mayor.
